Full description
Responsibilities:
Manage overall mall operate incl. areas of property management, mall facilities and services, tenant management, leasing support, selling & promotions
Manage mall team to administer daily operations, all contract workers works incl. maintenance, security & cleanup, mall administration and client service
Manage monthly rental collections. Reconciliation of rental statements, accounts owed and owed.
Make weekly and monthly reports in respectable kind. ought to have wonderful news skills.
Ensure mall operative policies and procedures ar punctually followed by the tenants, service suppliers, contractors, etc. incl. activity Health & Safety standards
Manage tenant relations through periodic conferences with store managers. Receive complaints, suggestions and alternative improvement concepts to be updated with senior management for approval and arrange for subsequent implementation
Handle conflicts/dispute scenario amongst tenants, customers, mall guests throughout a swish manner avoiding disruption to mall activity and upholding company name
Ensure skilled development for mall team delivering high performance
Ensure overall safety and pleasant looking setting for patrons and thriving business ambiance for retail tenants
Requirements
Must be a Graduate (preference inside the field of Accounting & Finance).
A strong command of MS stand out.
Fluency in written English (and smart spoken English)
Excellent communication/presentation talents and skill to make relationships
Presentable and trim for shopper interaction.
Minimum a pair of years of Mall Management expertise.
