Male / Female call centre Agents Required Urgently

STC JAPAN may be a Japanese used automobile exporter, exporting vehicles from Japan to worldwide. STC JAPAN is looking for a customer-oriented carrier representative. A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, grant product/services facts and obtain to the bottom of any rising issues that our consumer bills may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF industry
International customers dealing publicity (B2B) and (B2C).
Search new clients and convey enterprise for the corporate .
To promote commercial enterprise in the given vicinity or u . s . a . and Manage Business Accounts of consumers .
To hold nice offerings with current customers.
Sales and after income responsibility.
Negotiation and facilitation of the merchandise .
Handling banking transactions and allocation of funds.
